One of India’s leading manufacturers of cotton yarn, knitted and woven fabric, Nitin Spinners Ltd., has recorded a 33 per cent rise in its standalone net profits for the September quarter.
The revenue for the manufacturers went up to US $ 97.47 million (12 per cent) for the current quarter in comparison to their previous year’s second quarter of US $ 87.29 million.
A significant portion of the revenue, amounting to US $ 61.82 million, was generated from exports. Domestic sales contributed US $ 35.53 million to the overall revenue.
Dinesh Nolkha, Chairman and Managing Director of the company, attributed the positive performance to the company’s focus on value-added segments, optimized capacity utilization, and cost-efficiency measures. He expressed optimism about the future, particularly given the current lower cotton prices.
Established in 1993, the Bhilwara-based company caters to a diverse range of industries, including fashion, apparel, and workwear, offering a comprehensive range of fabric solutions.
