American activewear and footwear brand Nike launched its ‘Nike Rise’ concept store in Chennai. The new digitally advanced store which covers an area of 5100 sq.ft. was inaugurated by India’s leading conglomerate RJ Corp.
The store carries a wide range of products including footwear and apparel in Nike’s multiple segments like running, training, lifestyle, and Jordan products.
The opening of this concept store in India is proof that the brick-and-mortar prevalence in the Indian market is growing and internationally renowned brands are actively India as a potential market.
Saahil Iyer, director of Nike India posted on social media expressing, “This is the journey of retail transformation and the store features the latest retail and architectural design used in new Nike stores around the world. Experience the best of Nike with an integration of digital and physical space for a fully immersive and seamless member journey.”
