The National Hockey League (NHL) and Adidas, in partnership with Justin Bieber’s fashion brand Drew House, have revealed the exclusive jerseys that 44 of the world’s top players will don during the NHL All-Star Game, in February.
The four unique iterations of the 2024 NHL All-Star jersey collection each feature a bright colour that represents an All-Star team: blue, red, yellow, and white. The jerseys feature club shoulder patches as a nod to the rich histories of the different NHL teams, striking a mix between contemporary streetwear and the history of the game.
“After the tremendous success of our first NHL, Adidas and Drew House collaboration for the Maple Leafs’ Next Gen jerseys, we have looked forward to another opportunity to bring a bold, fashion forward look to NHL jerseys,” said Brian Jennings, NHL chief brand officer and senior executive vice president.
The recognisable NHL Shield, with bubble letters, takes centre place in the shirt design. The crest, which is one of the biggest ever seen on an NHL jersey, is 22 inches high and covers the whole width of the jumper.
“Since our inaugural year of collaboration with the NHL, Adidas has not only elevated but redefined the benchmarks for performance, sustainability, storytelling, and design inherent in the iconic NHL All-Star jersey,” said Nic Corbett, director of sports marketing and hockey at Adidas.
