Miu Miu’s new limited edition recycled denim line features jeans from before 2000, gathered from denim specialists worldwide. The line comprises wide-leg jeans, trucker jackets, tank tops, shorts, base caps, and a headband.
Concurrently, the brand has launched a capsule collection that includes polo shirts, cardigans, cashmere slips, and the brand’s iconic Wander and Arcadie bags. The Miu Miu Upcycled Patch bag series is produced of leather fragments from the brand’s own creations.
Inspired by 1950s haute couture, the recycled denim ensemble has gold and black floral embellishments. Each flower in the embroidery was hand embroidered with silk chiffon petals, faceted beads, and black crystal set in antique metal. The outfits are completed with a leather label emblazoned with the Miu Miu Upcycled emblem, as well as an interior tag in coated white canvas bearing the same branding.
