
Nandani Creation Ltd (NCL), a Jaipur-based fashion company, declared a 149 per cent increase in net profit to Rs. 3 crore for the fourth quarter ending 31st March, compared to Rs. 1 crore in the same quarter last year.
In comparison to the same quarter of the last fiscal year, the company saw a remarkable increase in revenue, rising by 84 per cent to Rs. 20 crore this quarter from Rs. 11 crore, last year.
For the FY2024, the company shared a net profit of Rs. 60 lakhs on income of Rs. 46 crore. Anuj Mundhra, the chairman and MD of Nandani Creation Limited, remarked on the results, stating, “In spite of challenges experienced by the fashion retail industry in India, including passive customer demand and high inflation, we achieved admirable performance in the previous quarter and ended the financial year on a robust note, setting an optimistic tone for the forthcoming peak season.”
Mundhra further highlighted the company’s practical approach in laying the foundation for future expansion amidst the slowdown. He shared confidence in the company’s improved positioning to exploit on upcoming opportunities inside the industry, attributing this to the vigorous growth of the retail store portfolio and the expanding outreach of the SIS distribution channel.
