In the process of demerging its retail business, Mandhana Industries will soon be filing a demerger scheme with the stock exchange and the High Court. Following the demerger, which is subject to approval, Mandhana’s retail business comprising Being Human brand and other brands, would be known as Mandhana Retail Ventures. The decision comes after the success of Being Human in order to tap more potential opportunities and new retail concepts. After demerger, every three shares of Mandhana Industries would receive two shares of Mandhana Retail Ventures, according to a company statement.
