With the hope of future growth and innovation, Lululemon expands its product team by adding Elizabeth Binder as the new Chief Merchandising Officer. Chief Product Manager Sun Choe will be the reporting manager of Binder.
The roles of Binder include leading the development of the company’s global merchandising strategy, creating vivid merchandising goals and overseeing execution.
Furthermore, Binder will play an important role in bringing the Canadian multinational retailer’s product story to life, which is both nationally and internationally relevant.
“Throughout her career, Liz has proven her ability to bring teams together through times of immense acceleration and business expansion, and lead with clarity and vision,” said Sun Choe, Chief Product Officer of Lululemon.
Before joining Lululemon, Elizabeth was working at Boden, a UK-based global clothing company, as Chief Product Officer. Prior to Boden, the fashion professional spent 12 years in Burberry.
“I’m drawn to Lululemon for its commitment to people, and its leadership in product innovation,” said Elizabeth Binder.
She continued saying, “I’m excited to build on the momentum of the brand and play a part in shaping the future of how people want to dress.”
