Lakshita, a company that specialises in ethnic and fusion clothing, has seen notable growth in the Indian retail industry. The company, which is well-known for fusing traditional Indian attire with modern designs, has been gradually growing its following around the nation.
Lakshita, which was founded to combine ethnic fashion with contemporary design, sells a variety of clothing made from materials like rayon, suede, velvet, and chanderi. Its designs, which are distinguished by embroidery, patterns, and sequins, appeal to a wide range of consumers and are suitable for both festive and daily use.
By the end of FY 2024–2025, the company intends to open 100 exclusive brand outlets (EBOs), focussing on areas like Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh. It plans to double its sales by FY 2027-28 and reach 150 stores by FY 2025-26.
To improve the client experience, this expansion strategy calls for spending money on store makeovers, technological advancements, and the employment of qualified experts. Digital screens have been installed at a few places to increase in-store engagement by allowing customers to interact with the collections.
In the future, Lakshita intends to launch an Indianised Western clothing line in addition to a wedding collection with elaborate designs for brides and guests. The latter will accommodate contemporary tastes with a traditional twist by fusing Indian textiles with Western shapes. As Lakshita continues to grow its online presence through social media and digital marketing, e-commerce continues to be a primary priority.
In addition, the brand is investigating foreign markets with the goal of going worldwide by 2025. Lakshita is setting itself up for success in global retail while preserving its significant presence in India with its distinctive blend of ethnic and fusion clothing.
