Sustainable kidswear brand Kidbea has raised Rs. 30 crore (US $3.19 million) in a Series A funding round led by Enrission India Capital, with participation from IPV, LetsVenture and other investors.
The Noida-based startup, which is currently operating at an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs. 100 crore (US $10.64 million), plans to significantly expand its omnichannel presence. The company aims to open more than 100 exclusive brand outlets and scale its footprint across over 200 multi-brand stores within the next 12 to 24 months.
Founded in 2021, Kidbea focuses on bamboo-based apparel for infants and toddlers, positioning itself within the growing demand for sustainable and skin-friendly children’s clothing.
The company stated that the fresh capital would be deployed towards retail expansion, product innovation and brand-building initiatives, as it seeks to deepen its presence across Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets. Kidbea has already entered offline retail, with stores operational in Pune, Hyderabad and Indore.
The founders stated that the funding would enable the company to scale its retail network, expand product categories and reinforce its bamboo-led positioning, while building a trusted and sustainable brand for parents.
The broader kidswear market in India is witnessing increasing premiumisation, alongside a shift towards sustainability-driven consumption. Parents are increasingly opting for safer and eco-friendly alternatives, a trend that companies such as Kidbea are aiming to capitalise on.
