Akhil Jain has been promoted to managing director and managing director (MD & CEO) of Jain Amar, the parent business of the fashion labels Madame, Camla Barcelona, and mSECRET.
By 2027, the company hopes to be prepared for an IPO. Jain will prioritise leadership development, financial control, governance, organisational alignment, and growth.
He has worked for Jain Amar for more than 20 years, accumulating experience in every department of the business. Prior to his promotion, he was executive director with a focus on innovation in retail strategy, technology, and brand.
“This is a new rhythm, not just a new role. We’re transitioning from several departments to one cohesive movement. I think how well we align people, process, and mission will determine the next phase of Jain Amar.
