
J.Crew, the US-based apparel retailer is the latest brand to partner the US $ 1 trillion e-commerce giant Amazon to offer merchandise from J. Crew Mercantile, brand’s discount range. Amazon announced the partnership and launched a new storefront for the label on its marketplace.
The latest storefront will offer a curated collection from J.Crew’s Fall 2018 menswear and women’s wear range, with a vision to offer a stylish product line under pocket-friendly price bracket. The new assortment will also include daily basics and statement pieces, along with J.Crew best-sellers like field jackets, outerwear, and denim.
In a press statement issued, Michelle Rothman, VP, Amazon Fashion elucidated, “The e-commerce giant is excited to collaborate with J.Crew, an iconic brand, appreciated by the customers on our platform and providing Mercantile will make it even easier to access great styles and premium selections.”
“We are focussing on constantly bettering our collection and improvising the shopping experience to enable fashion discovery and inspiration on Amazon, and we are thrilled about the opportunities we see ahead for customers and brands alike,” Michelle added.
Notably, the partnership with Amazon has come just weeks before the company is about to re-launch its flagship brand, that portrays the brand’s interest in retailing its products online.
All the merchandises on sale on Amazon Fashion’s J.Crew storefront are placed under a price bracket that doesn’t exceed US $ 300 mark.
