Swedish retailer H&M is introducing a range of high-end apparel and accessories for infants and children that emphasise durability and premium materials that are kind to the skin, hold their form, and don’t pill.
Launching on 10th October, the high-end “H&M Adorables” line offers classic foundational babywear pieces, refined kidswear wardrobe favourites, and newborn essentials and presents that can “be handed down through generations.”
In a statement, H&M Kids’ head of design and creative Sofia Löfstedt stated, “We’re excited to introduce H&M Adorables, our new premium kidswear concept. The new line features timeless trends that will be refreshed season after season, all thanks to rigorous attention to detail and well-chosen pieces in superior compositions.”
With elegant silhouettes in a mostly neutral palette combined with delicate flowers, whimsical motifs, and splashes of colour to liven up the palette, the label is meant to transcend seasons and generations.
Highlights of the collection’s materials include luxurious wool knits, silk bodysuits, and incredibly soft cashmere. There are also vintage-inspired organic cotton shirts, waxed cotton jackets, and warm-down puffer coats.
A carefully chosen assortment of opulent presents, such as pre-made gift boxes filled with knitted rattles and baby booties, complement the clothing and accessories. Mix-and-match items such as cashmere bodysuits, knitted blankets, and sock bundles are available for purchase by customers.
