H&M has strengthened its retail presence in the Indian market with the addition of a new store in the city of Lucknow.
The 1,160 sq. ft. store features the latest collections from the brand such as Smiley X H&M, Netflix Stranger Things X H&M, amongst many others.
The first store in Lucknow was opened back in 2020 and after witnessing strong growth in this market, H&M has decided to expand further.
Commenting on the expansion, Yanira Ramirez, Country Sales Manager at H&M, said “We are delighted to introduce our second store in Lucknow, continuing our expansion in the Indian market with revamped, spacious and exceptional designs for our new stores.”
H&M continues to be the number one fast fashion brand in the country in terms of sales after overtaking Spanish fast fashion brand Zara in the 2020 financial year aided by its swift bricks-and-mortar expansion.
