By the fiscal year 2028, Gully Labs, a sneaker brand, expects its revenue to have increased tenfold. The already cash flow positive brand is aiming for Rs. 100 crore (US $ 11.67 million) in sales in two fiscal years, with an expected revenue total of Rs. 15 crore (US $ 1.75 million) in the 2026 fiscal year.
According to Arjun Singh, a co-founder of Gully Labs, the company has increased its monthly sales from 10 to 15 sneakers to around 1,500 pairs. The business now anticipates a tenfold increase in revenue by FY ’28.
Gully Labs presently sells its products directly to consumers through its e-commerce site and two multi-brand stores in Mumbai. The brand intends to increase its offline retail presence this year and open multi-brand stores in places like Hyderabad, Kolkata, and New Delhi. An exclusive brand store is also scheduled to open in Mumbai.
According to Singh, Gully Labs was a product manufacturing, design-led company up until this point, thus the goal is to improve marketing and sales skills in order to increase the brand’s visibility. The brand currently has 25 SKUs, and by the end of this fiscal year, it intends to double that number.
To meet the growing demand for its sneakers, Gully Labs is expanding its production capacity. In order to establish a vertically integrated production plant in Noida that can produce 10,000 pairs of sneakers per month, the company has invested Rs. 30 lakh (US $ 35,000).
