
Fair Harbor, the New-York based sustainable apparel brand, has added three female retail veterans to its board. The appointees are Tracy Gardner, former J. Crew president and current Gap, Inc. board member; Silvia Mazzucchelli, a BCG senior advisor with board roles at VTEX, Carbon38, Coyuchi, and a history of leadership at The Collected Group, ModCloth, Tom Shoes, American Apparel, and Guess, Inc.; and Jennifer Olsen, the current CMO of Caleres with prior experience at UntucKit and Crate & Barrel.
Jake Danehy, CEO and co-founder of Fair Harbor, expressed enthusiasm and welcomed the new appointees to the organisation. He acknowledged the breadth of their retail industry experience and how their expertise, in conjunction with Fair Harbor’s Broad Sky Partners, will enhance the company’s potential to broaden its product offerings and distribution channels.
