Come 21 March and Apparelle – a digital shopping platform – will be unveiled on 21 March (Monday).
The platform will be selling some of the best women’s fitness brands and will comprise more than 25 well-established as well as emerging brands.
Amongst the brands are Bare Me, Frankies Bikinis Active, Free People Movement and Lorna Jane and more.
Notably, the customers will be provided an option to shop a ‘conscious edit’ that includes brands focusing on sustainability within their materials, production and packaging.
And it’s not just Apparelle! Last week, one saw British clothing retailer M&S announcing its investment in digital activewear platform The Sports Edit.
More on the launch of the platform, Amber Goodwin, Founder, Apparelle, said “After countless surveys and conversations with brand owners and consumers, it became clear that there was a gap in the market for a platform exclusively focused on the best of activewear and athleisure, which has grown into a fashion category in its own right.”
Amber added “Women can get ‘lost’ when looking for activewear on larger platforms, and there are now many unique brands in this segment which are not represented on these platforms, forcing customers to compare pieces across multiple websites.”
