Campus Activewear shared a 19 per cent drop in consolidated net profit to Rs. 25 crore for the April-June quarter, down from Rs. 31 crore in the same period last year. The company’s revenue declined by 4 per cent to Rs. 339 crore, compared to Rs. 353 crore in the same quarter of the last fiscal year.
Nikhil Agarwal, CEO of Campus Activewear, commented on the results, stating, “Campus Activewear experienced a 4.1 per cent year-on-year decline to Rs. 339 crore in Q1 FY ’25 due to a subdued demand environment in rural and semi-urban areas. Despite this, we remain focused on expanding our reach and improving our retail presence in new regions.”
He also noted, “During the quarter, we launched 13 new stores and continued to broaden our geographical footprint in FY ’25.”
Campus Activewear is majorly engaged in the manufacturing and trading of footwear and accessories via its retail and wholesale networks.
