Burberry has launched a new campaign B:MINE with a carefully curated collection of scarves, shoes and accessories in shades of dusky pink and oat beige on the occasion of Valentine’s Day.
The campaign showcases real-life couples expressing their feelings to one another and it highlights togetherness.
Scarves made of jacquard-woven cashmere and printed silk feature the classic archive beige Burberry Check overlaid with the Horseferry graphic and illustrated cherry blossom design.
The iconic Burberry checkerboard pattern is featured on Jacquard scarves made of wool and metallic fibre blend. A silk square scarf with a hand-drawn design featuring a map of the British Isles and illustrated creatures adds an even more romantic twist.
The B:MINE campaign also features a romantic take on Burberry’s famous leather goods. Lola’s signature quilted stitching is a contemporary take on the classic Burberry Check and it adds a touch of playfulness to the collection’s softly structured bags, wallets and card holders.
The Freya tote, Pocket and Note bag are some of the functional shapes crafted in bright red two-tone canvas trimmed with dusky pink leather, while the Frances and TB Bag in grainy leather, featuring a leather-inlaid Thomas Burberry Monogram, are understated and proportioned. All three of the brand’s signature silhouettes feature the Horseferry print in stark white and studs engraved with the company’s logo.
In addition, there are oversized sunglasses in bright red, light blue and biscuit beige with cut-out metal logos and textural temples that reference the quilting on the Lola bag.
The jewellery features typographic designs such as the Thomas Burberry monogram, the word ‘Love’ and the company’s logo. In addition, footwear consists of sneakers, flat sandals and pointy-toe pumps with low or stiletto heels.
