UK-based clothing retailer John Lewis has made many changes to its pricing and payment terms for shoppers.
The move will enable customers to spread costs even as the cost-of-living crisis continues to worry the people in the UK.
The apparel retailer has suspended the £ 2 click-and-collect charge for orders under £ 30 until 19 October.
This is expected to make it easy for shoppers to make smaller orders ahead of the festive season including Christmas.
The retailer has also made a change to its returns policy this Christmas till 28 January 2023. This would help shoppers buy an item and still exchange or return unwanted gifts after the festive season.
Meanwhile, the retailer said that it will be running a series of promotions across home, fashion and tech, starting this October.
John Lewis Partnership is the largest employee-owned business in the UK and is amongst the largest in the world, with more than 80,000 employees who are all partners in the business.
