Rental Retail has been swinging high globally and brands are actually competing with each other to foray into the section and cater to the growing demand of consumers who are keen to rent high-end fashion and lifestyle products.
Joining the bandwagon is the women’s fashion brand Warehouse which has joined hands to offer 13 products from its main collection and the popular ICONS collection on the platform Hirestreet.
Since last year, the Boohoo group has successfully launched Oasis, Misspap and Boohoo’s Kourtney Kardashian collection on the website. Warehouse will be the fourth of these brands to debut on the website. Rentable warehouse apparel will be available in sizes 6-16.
As per reports, apparel in the Warehouse rental collection are available at a price range between £ 79 – £ 228 directly from the brand but will be available to rent on Hirestreet for just £ 16 for four days.
Lizzie Dawson, Fashion director at Warehouse said, “As one of the leading fashion resale platforms, specialising in occasionwear, it’s a natural fit for Warehouse and we’re looking forward to the partnership developing and for our customers to have the opportunity to rent Warehouse pieces including sold-out web styles for their special occasions.”
Isabella West, Managing Director and Founder at Hirestreet, added: “Launching another iconic British fashion brand onto Hirestreet is a hugely exciting start to 2023, and the sign of things to come in the year ahead as we continue driving the fashion rental revolution. This rental collection is highly data-backed, it has been curated based on thousands of customer data points, and we are really optimistic about its potential.”
Additionally, in 2021, Hirestreet formed its first partnership with Marks & Spencer as well.
