Indian omnichannel fashion brand Bonkers Corner has raised Rs. 95 crore (US $ 10.33 million) in a Series A funding round led by India SME Investment Fund, with participation from multiple investors including Namita Thapar and Radhakrishna Ramnarain Pvt Ltd.
According to details of the round, India SME Investment Fund invested Rs. 64.5 crore (US $ 7.01 million), making it the largest contributor to the funding. Radhakrishna Ramnarain Pvt Ltd invested Rs. 17.8 crore (US $ 1.93 million), while investor Rajesh Raheja contributed Rs. 3 crore (US $ 326,000).
Entrepreneur and investor Namita Thapar participated in the round through Thapar Vision LLP, investing Rs. 50 lakh (US $ 54,000). The investment completed the Rs. 1.5 crore (US $ 163,000 million) funding commitment she had previously made to the company on the television programme Shark Tank India.
The remaining capital was contributed by more than 20 investors, including several angel investors.
Founded in 2020 by Shubham Gupta, Bonkers Corner is a streetwear-focused fashion label targeting both men and women. The brand’s product portfolio includes oversized graphic T-shirts, gym wear, hoodies, sweatshirts and coordinated apparel sets.
The Mumbai-based company has expanded its presence through an omnichannel retail strategy combining online and offline sales.
For the financial year ended March 2025, Bonkers Corner reported operating revenue of Rs. 123 crore (US $ 13.37 million), representing a 23% year-on-year increase. The company also recorded a net profit of Rs. 4.3 crore (US $ 467,000) during the fiscal year.
