
Bangladesh e-commerce player Qcoom has refunded Taka 224 crore to its customers out of the Taka 397 crore stuck with payment gateway Foster.
A press communiqué issued by the company has claimed this.
Meanwhile, as per a letter signed by the General Manager of Foster Payment Al Beruni, the company has reportedly returned the advance payments made against 18,432 orders till 12th October this year even if the Qcoom officials, in the statement, pledged to refund all dues worth of Taka 7.63 crore within the next three months.
The CEO of Qcoom, Md Ripon Mia, also reportedly underlined the e-commerce platform has resumed operations with the cooperation of companies, small and medium enterprise merchants and customers.
