Authentic Brands Group has recently announced the immediate appointment of Warren Bowers as the general manager for Africa.
Based in Cape Town, South Africa, Bowers will lead Authentic’s expansion across the continent. His focus will be on cultivating strategic partnerships to drive long-term value and growth for the company’s iconic and world-renowned brands, according to a press release.
Bowers brings over 25 years of experience in the fashion, outdoor, and sports sectors. He has a proven track record in building top-performing teams and has advanced from managing director roles to overseeing retail, wholesale distribution, and licensing. Previously, Bowers served as the managing director at Bounty Brands and as the senior retail director at Adidas.

Last month, Authentic announced the appointment of Bruno Pedroso de Almeida as vice president, head of Brazil.
