Confirming the same, Pèter Baldaszti, CEO, Nanushka, said that the clothing brand has cut all financial ties with Russia amidst the ongoing crisis between both the countries.
There are reports that Nanushka’s sales team will not be forging any new deals with Russian wholesale partners, and will also not be meeting any outstanding orders.
Meanwhile, Nanushka has joined hands with Hungarian charity the Order of Malta to offer food, clothing and shelter, in addition to providing transport to and from Budapest for those leaving Ukraine.
Nanushka is part of the Vanguards Group, which owns womenswear brand Aeron and Milan-based brand Sunnei.
Nike too has, reportedly, paused orders to Russia. The clothing and footwear brand has made merchandise purchases on its website and app unavailable in Russia as it cannot guarantee any delivery of goods to customers in Russia.
