N Brown, the British online apparel retailer, has witnessed its product revenue go up by 9 per cent in the year to 26 February 2022.
Despite the growth, Steve Johnson, CEO, N Brown Group, has said that business was not immune to the supply chain challenges and inflationary cost pressures.
And it’s not just product revenue growth! The retailer’s active customers too rose by 3 per cent to 2.9 million.
Buoyed by the growth, N Brown now hopes all financial metrics to be in line with the outlook offered in January this year – including an adjusted EBITDA of between £93 million and £96 million for the year.
The e-tailer has said that retail customer demand is normalising as the UK exits COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, with clothing driving demand and customers making a return to buying dresses and formalwear.
N Brown was founded in 1859, and offers a range of products, predominantly clothing, footwear and homewares. Simply Be, Jacamo, JD Williams, Ambrose Wilson and Home Essentials are some of the brands owned N Brown Group.
