The acquisition strengthens Parade’s growth prospects and enhances its access to a wider market in US and beyond while leveraging AAI’s expertise. Parade is renowned for its emphasis on inclusivity, body positivity, and sustainability which aligns well with AAI’s portfolio.
This strategic partnership underscores AAI’s commitment to reinforcing its presence in the intimate apparel sector.
