Fashion e-commerce platform Myntra has promoted Naman Srivastava to the role of Director – Category Management, reinforcing its focus on accelerating category-led growth and enhancing customer-centric operations.
In his new position, Srivastava will be responsible for driving strategic category expansion, strengthening merchandising capabilities, and scaling initiatives aimed at improving consumer engagement. His mandate includes optimising assortment planning and pricing strategies, alongside leveraging data-driven insights to improve category performance across the platform.
Srivastava has been associated with Myntra for over four years, most recently serving as Associate Director – Category Management. During his tenure, he has played a key role in driving growth across multiple categories, contributing to the platform’s evolving merchandising strategy.
Announcing the development, Srivastava stated in a LinkedIn post that he was pleased to share his promotion to Director at Myntra. He noted that the phase leading up to the elevation had been shaped by experimentation, rapid learning, and continuous evolution in building customer-focused solutions at scale. He further expressed gratitude towards his teams and leadership for their trust, and indicated that he looked forward to delivering stronger outcomes in the next phase.
Prior to joining Myntra, Srivastava served as Category Head – Men’s Wear at Bewakoof.com, where he led category growth and merchandising strategies. He was also a founding member and Head of Products at Bambrew, focusing on eco-friendly packaging solutions and product expansion. Earlier in his career, he spent over four years at Flipkart, managing key apparel categories and driving growth through strategic planning, vendor partnerships, and inventory optimisation.
The promotion underscores Myntra’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership bench as it prepares to scale the next phase of growth in India’s competitive fashion e-commerce market.
