Arvind Fashions has appointed Preeti Anand Raturi as Head – Merchandising, strengthening its leadership team as it accelerates its digital commerce strategy. In this role, she will lead the vision, strategy and execution of a consumer-focused merchandise roadmap for Arvind Digital, with an emphasis on scalability, profitability and brand equity across online platforms.
Raturi brings extensive experience from several of India’s major fashion, lifestyle and retail organisations. At Myntra, she oversaw the business and P&L for international brands, managing revenue growth, commercial planning, assortment optimisation and long-term global brand partnerships. Her work included shaping category performance through data-led decision-making, operational efficiency and platform-driven growth initiatives.
Before Myntra, Raturi held senior roles at Arvind Fashions, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, Tommy Hilfiger, Primus Retail, Spencer’s Retail, Reliance Retail and Lifestyle International. Across these positions, she contributed to product planning, buying, brand management, private label development, inventory efficiency and cross-functional execution.
Arvind Fashions said Raturi has built a reputation for developing high-performance teams, championing consumer insights and aligning design, sourcing, planning and product functions with business objectives. The company added that her expertise in merchandising, digital-first retail strategy and brand management will support its next phase of growth in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
