In a significant move towards advancing sustainability in the textile industry, Urmi Group has announced a strategic partnership with Redefine Technologies and Diverzent. This collaboration aims to promote and implement SATTVA Safe and Sustainable™, an innovative ESG management software designed to enhance sustainability and compliance within Urmi Group’s operations.
By integrating SATTVA Safe and Sustainable™, the company aims to streamline its ESG management processes, improve compliance tracking, and foster transparency throughout its supply chain.
The software will enable Urmi Group to efficiently collect, analyze, and report on critical ESG metrics, aligning its operational practices with global standards while enhancing overall performance.
The partnership was officially marked by a signing ceremony, which highlighted Urmi Group’s dedication to elevating sustainable practices and contributing to a responsible future. Key figures at the ceremony included Shamarukh Fakhruddin, Director of Urmi Group; Sreenath, CEO of Redefine Technologies; and Ayan Barua, CEO of Diverzent. Also in attendance were Kazi Ehtesham Shahid, DGM of IT; ABM Faqrul Alam, Sustainability Lead; and Abdul Azeez from Redefine Technologies, along with other important stakeholders.
