Fashion for Good, a global initiative headquartered in Amsterdam dedicated to transforming fashion into a positive force, has unveiled a new five-year strategy to drive widespread adoption and expansion of regenerative fashion innovations. The strategy involves a substantial commitment to strengthening the Innovation Platform and its efforts in brand engagement, supplier integration, financing, and impact assessment.
As part of this strategic evolution, the Fashion for Good Museum will be closing its doors and transforming into an expanded, versatile blended-use and co-working space starting June 2024. This transition reflects Fashion for Good’s dedication to fostering deeper collaboration within its community of sustainable fashion industry leaders. The Museum’s final exhibition, centered around circularity, is scheduled to open at the end of January, with the last day of operation set for 5th June 2024.
Katrin Ley, Managing Director of Fashion for Good, elaborates on the shift, stating, “As Fashion for Good adapts to the evolving fashion industry landscape, we are poised to amplify our efforts through the Innovation Platform. We are implementing operational changes to drive industry-wide innovation adoption more efficiently, aligning with the decision to close the Fashion for Good Museum.”
