
The Super Bowl this year doesn’t start until this Sunday, but some companies have already started releasing their commercials. To replicate one of her most recognisable looks ever—the famous yellow plaid ensemble from Clueless—Alicia Silverstone has collaborated with the e-commerce company Rakuten.
Christian Siriano, a fashion designer with whom Silverstone collaborated, will even feature a few reworked Clueless outfits in his New York Fashion Week presentation.
The essence of the outfit is still intact and accounted for, although there are a few small adjustments, according to The New York Times.
Siriano not only designed a 2023 Clueless ensemble but also a shoppable ‘Not-So-Clueless’ edit that is accessible on Rakuten. The line consists of variously priced clothing and accessories that were inspired by the well-known film.
“I hope the joy I felt going back in time with Alicia on set shines through in my picks for ‘The Not-So-Clueless Edit’, and that everyone feels inspired to live out their wildest Clueless closet dreams,” said Christian Siriano.
