George J Powell III, CEO of Code Green Apparel revealed that both the companies have further strengthened their current relationship and the executives of both companies anticipate that the ongoing discussions will result in Code Green acquiring 10Star Apparel.

Powell elaborated, “Many core synergies have become clearly apparent while working with the 10Star team. We are now fast tracking discussions to complete this transaction.”
He further added that he felt the acquisition would increase the pace of revenue growth while strengthening the management team of Code Green.
Code Green Apparel Corp is working on the idea of bringing Sustainable Textile Solutions to the ‘Corporate Marketplace’ through its solutions. It develops and market uniforms and corporate logo apparel designed from recycled and regenerated textiles.
