Leading fashion hypermarket chain Vishal Mega-Mart has teamed up with Officenet, a cloud-based HR solution provider, to enhance operational efficiency across its 650+ stores in India. This strategic partnership aims to increase efficiency by 30 per cent using advanced AI and ML technologies.
Officenet’s customised HRMS framework will streamline Vishal Mega-Mart workforce management, addressing complex tasks like real-time headcount management and employee performance optimisation. The system includes geofencing for security and uses facial recognition to maintain data integrity and privacy.
The platform centralises employee data, facilitates targeted training, and encourages engagement through feedback mechanisms. With real-time insights and robust analytics, Vishal Mega-Mart will be able to make informed decisions, staying competitive in the dynamic retail landscape.
