The Shirt Dandy, the Austrian start-up that produces customised shirts for men in India, is starting the new year with a newly launched website and an AI-powered 3D configurator that makes customisation of shirts easy.
Customers can choose the type of collar, buttons, placket, or lapels, whether or not their shirt should have a breast pocket or monogram, and even the colour of the buttons that are sewn on after deciding on the fabric of their shirt based on their preference for material, season, fineness, and weight.
Customers may use the AI-powered configurator to see what their preferences would look like in real time and make as many changes as they’d like before deciding on a final choice and ordering their personalised shirt.
After the consumer makes a purchase, the service doesn’t end; if a shirt doesn’t fit precisely, the adjustments will be made when they try it on at home or a few days later. Additionally, if a customer’s size varies over time, that will be considered.
The Shirt Dandy and Smart.mom, a creative and digital agency, have formed a strategic alliance to support the start-up’s entry into the Indian market. The Shirt Dandy has benefited greatly from the agency’s assistance with corporate branding, website development, and brand images.
From now on, a regular presence on the Indian market will be established through targeted digital communication tactics. This includes the first digital signage store in Delhi opening its doors this year. Vienna will host the first interactive showroom.
