
PacSun has partnered with Manhattan Associates’ cutting-edge technology to enhance customer’s shopping experience. PacSun recently chose its PoS solution to further elevate its retail offerings.
This move comes as PacSun continues to strengthen its omnichannel capabilities. The company has already been utilising Manhattan Active Omni’s order management system and store inventory and fulfilment features. By incorporating the PoS solution into its suite of tools it creates a seamless and unified shopping experience for its customers, both in-store and online.
