Marks & Spencer (M&S), the UK-based fashion retailer, has introduced a contact-free bra fit service ensuring the safety of the consumers shopping in the store.
The service has been introduced in 64 of its biggest stores in England & Wales and the adapted service will include the implementation of strict hygiene and social distancing measures to ensure customers can use the service with confidence.
The service will be run by M&S’ team of lingerie experts and the consultations will include the following: contact-free measurement where the staff will explain to customers how to take their own underband measurements accurately with a sterilised tape measure and will assess cup size all from a social distance.
The customers will also be guided on various styles, shapes and options available at M&S stores both online and offline and will also help the customers in selecting and purchasing the perfect bra.
The service has been already trialled at the five large M&S stores in England prior to the second lockdown. It has received great customer feedback on the safe and helpful service particularly for first bra fit appointments.
