
AI retail technology company, Fynd, has announced the appointment of Harsh Kumar as Associate Director – Growth for Global Business.
At Fynd, Kumar will lead global growth initiatives under the Fynd Create vertical — the company’s end-to-end digital fashion procurement platform. Leveraging his background in fashion technology, SaaS sales and apparel manufacturing, his focus will include scaling Fynd’s international footprint, forging strategic partnerships and driving revenue across key markets such as the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
Kumar brings with him extensive experience across fashion technology, supply chain and digital transformation. Before joining Fynd, he held key positions at several reputed organisations, including CLO Virtual Fashion Inc., Fashinza, Coats Digital (part of Coats PLC, London), CTA Apparels and Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd.
During his tenure at CLO Virtual Fashion, Kumar served as Business Development Manager for South Asia and the Middle East. He led enterprise and academic SaaS sales, driving the adoption of 3D digital fashion technology across the region. Under his leadership, the company achieved 18% year-on-year revenue growth and a 300% increase in new client revenue. He also played a pivotal role in regional market expansion through digital product creation (DPC) implementation and vendor integrations for more than 150 enterprise clients. Kumar has also collaborated with prominent organisations such as ABFRL, Capgemini, MAS Holdings and NIFT.
Commenting on his appointment, Kumar said that joining Fynd represents “stepping into the future of AI-driven fashion sourcing, where technology, sustainability and speed converge.” He added that he looks forward to helping global brands discover how Fynd is “redefining growth and efficiency at scale.”
