In an encouraging development, Windsor has expanded its Aptos Suite of Retail Cloud Software by Aptos Inc., a recognized market leader in retail technology solutions, to fast track its online retail segment. The apparel and accessories retailer is adding Aptos Enterprise Order Management, Warehouse Management and Flash and Sales Analytics to its suite of Aptos solutions (Aptos Store, Merchandising, CRM and Sales Audit) in the cloud.
The company that was established in 1937 is a known name in the US and caters to the fashion needs of contemporary women with 137 stores spread across the country. It is also making its presence felt in the e-commerce sector. The partnership between Aptos and Windsor has existed for over 20 years now and in 2005 the retailer became an early adopter of Aptos’ cloud retail suite.

Whilst, the addition of Aptos Enterprise Order Management will enable the company to profitably manage all orders throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfillment and back. Additionally, the inclusion of Aptos Warehouse Management will help Windsor improve fulfillment accuracy, reduce inventory carrying costs while automating the manual processes that are in place today, thus, helping deliver great operational efficiencies. It will also be the focal point of Windsor’s transformation into an omni-channel retailer by effectively managing all customer order requirements.
In addition, the Flash and Sales Analytics will equip Windsor with intra-day sales analytics needed to make speedy and better informed business decisions.
