Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, currently touring South Korea, promoted Telangana’s Mega Textile Park in Warangal as an ideal investment destination for Korean textile companies. Speaking at a business roundtable organised by the Korea Federation of Textile Industry (KOFOTI), Revanth Reddy highlighted the park’s potential for industry leaders’ gatherings.
The event saw participation from prominent figures in the Korean textile sector, including Youngone Chairman Kihak Sung, KOFOTI Executive Vice-Chairman Soyoung Joo, and executives from 25 major textile companies. The Chief Minister’s pitch was reportedly met with “amazing enthusiasm,” raising hopes for significant investment in Warangal and other parts of Telangana.
To capitalise on the positive response, Revanth Reddy announced the formation of a dedicated task force. Led by his colleague D. Sridhar Babu, the task force will focus on swiftly converting the discussed opportunities into concrete investments.
