
Ahmedabad-based textile firm Nandan Denim Ltd has reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 2,331.89 crore (US $ 257 million) for the nine months ended 31st December 2025 (9M FY ’26), while net profit after tax (PAT) rose to Rs. 22.85 crore (US $ 2.52 million), the company said in its latest earnings announcement on Friday.
For the third quarter of FY ’26, Nandan Denim recorded revenue from operations of Rs. 499.53 crore (US $ 55.05 million) and a net profit of Rs. 2.97 crore (US $ 327,000), reflecting continued operational performance amid mixed market conditions.
The company’s improved profit in the nine-month period was attributed to enhanced operational efficiency and better margin management, according to its filing.
Nandan Denim Ltd is an Ahmedabad-based textile manufacturer producing denim and related fabrics, as well as yarn, shirting materials and cotton textiles. The company operates one of Asia’s largest vertically integrated denim manufacturing facilities, producing a wide range of products including classic and stretch denim, twills, shirting fabrics and blended textiles for both domestic and global markets.
Nandan Denim exports to around 10–15 countries across Europe, South-East Asia and the Americas, and supplies fabric to a number of prominent international and domestic brands. Its customer base has included well-known names in the apparel industry such as Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Armani Exchange, among others.
