The SKIIN Textile Computing Platform assimilates innovative sensor and actuator technology into the fabrics that surround us everyday. This includes the state-of -the art smart garment that delivers continuous, cuffless blood pressure monitoring in a comfortable and machine-washable polo shirt.
Moreover the smart shirt eliminates the hassle of regular blood pressure monitoring and has automatic data tracking so as to share data and trends with the clinicians.
In the year 2019, smart textiles provider plans to unveil its SKIIN Smart Underwear for health detection with ECG, HRV, activity sleep and temperature monitoring facilities along with the Smart Shirt with endless blood pressure monitoring. Besides this, the planned additions to the innovative platform include slip and fall detection, driver fatigue, ovulation and a suite of chemical sensing markers.
