
Avery Dennison has officially inaugurated a new facility for apparel and digital identification products in Ho Chi Minh City. Operated as a joint venture with Shenzhou Group Holdings, one of the world’s leading vertically integrated knitted garment manufacturers, this launch marks a momentous milestone in Avery Dennison’s strategic expansion in Vietnam.
Situated in Dong Nam Industrial Park, the 3,000-square-meter facility, Avery Dennison Worldon Vietnam Joint Venture Co., Ltd., will manufacture a varied array of apparel and digital ID products, featuring Embelex innovations and RFID technology. The factory is designed to serve high-end fashion brands and internationally renowned garment manufacturers, aligning with the rising demand for local sourcing in Vietnam.
Michael Barton, senior vice president and general manager of apparel solutions at Avery Dennison, explains the facility as a bridge linking intellect and imagination with science, technology, and both physical and digital capabilities.
