Arvind Limited has announced that Susheel Kaul has resigned from his role as Managing Director and President (Textiles) due to personal reasons.
The company stated that Kaul has been relieved of his duties with effect from the close of business on 9th March 2026, following a mutually agreed arrangement between him and the company.
Kaul is a veteran of the Indian textile and apparel industry with several decades of experience in the sector. During his tenure at Arvind, he was responsible for overseeing the company’s textiles business, including its denim, woven and advanced materials operations, and played a role in strengthening the company’s position as one of India’s leading textile manufacturers. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles across major textile and apparel organisations, contributing to the development and expansion of India’s textile value chain.
Arvind Limited is among India’s leading textile and apparel companies, with a strong presence in the casualwear and denim segments. Through its fashion and retail operations, the company offers a broad portfolio spanning multiple categories and price points.
Its brand portfolio includes international labels such as U.S. Polo Assn., Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Arrow, alongside domestic brands including Flying Machine.
Separately, the company reported its financial performance for the third quarter of the financial year. Arvind said its consolidated net profit declined 5.6% year-on-year to Rs. 97.59 crore (US $10.61 million), even as revenue from operations rose 13.6% to Rs. 2,372.64 crore (US $258 million) in Q3 FY ’26, compared with the same quarter in the previous financial year.
