Ranika Design has announced the appointment of Pankaj Chaumal as its new Chief Executive Officer, signalling the start of a strategic expansion phase for the design-driven manufacturer.
Company sources said Ranika is entering a ‘next phase of expansion,’ with significant growth anticipated across its Clothing, Home and Accessories divisions in the coming years. In this context, the board decided to bring in Chaumal to steer the company’s operational and manufacturing capabilities.
Chaumal, whose professional profile highlights extensive senior leadership experience in operational roles within the fashion manufacturing and textile sectors, is expected to systemise Ranika’s business processes and strengthen its production systems as the firm scales. Industry profiles describe him as a business strategy and supply-chain leader with expertise spanning operations, digital transformation and apparel or textile sectors.
According to the appointment announcement, Chaumal will lead efforts to ‘enhance manufacturing capability’ and oversee initiatives designed to support the company’s planned growth trajectory.
Ranika said the move reflects its intention to build a robust operational engine capable of addressing rising demands from global clients and accelerating its competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market.
