The Bambuser solution allows retailers to offer a Live Video Shopping experience while still owning the brand experience.
The new feature includes multi-host broadcasting, which gives retailers multiple stores and audience in different locations to live stream from multiple domains at a single time.
This allows delivering a more localised experience to the audience by providing content in multiple languages and checkout in a variety of currencies.
The other feature is a direct audience engagement chat that helps retailers establish a connection with the consumers as they can directly interact with individual audience members.
The third feature is Closed Captioning (CC) on recorded shows that enable retailers to make Live Video Shopping experiences accessible to people with hearing loss – a particularly important feature for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the US.
