Jordache, an American clothing company, has selected BeProduct – a cloud-based digital product platform to enhance the collaboration for in-house product creation.
The company has also planned on extending the reach of the platform throughout its global supply chain as soon as the operations are resumed.
The platform was chosen for its cloud-based architecture and for its features that help through the entire design and development process of a product.
The company was earlier using a PLM system; however with the need to go digital and a better collaboration platform the company opted for a cloud-based system that would streamline the workflow while enhancing the communication between the team.
Speaking about the same, Shaul Cohen, VP of merchandising, Jordache, said “BeProduct’s native habitat is the cloud, so our users can access it from anywhere in the world, and work together.”
Shaul also said “And because it runs on open APIs we know that no matter what other systems we need to use, BeProduct will be able to talk to them.”
This technology has enabled the company to minimise the data entry, duplicity and re-work.
Moreover, it has allowed the company to pursue its goal of digitising its product creation process.
Furthermore, Daniel Pak, Founder and CEO, BeProduct, mentioned about the importance of Cloud-native solution in the recovery of the brands and retailers affected due to the COVID-19 and also post the situation.
