Sevfun, the Chinese homewear brand, selects Centric Fashion Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution to improve its product development and management practices.
As a part of its growth strategy, Sevfun aims to improve efficiency, accuracy and innovation to keep up with the changing demands of customers.
The implementation targets to overcome the challenges faced by the company like lack of communication and data stored offline.
The company needed a system that would ease out communication between their product development teams in Chengdu and Shanghai. This was in addition to its requirement for a digital platform to support its transition from a buying model to an independent product R&D and merchandising model.
