Penti, a global apparel brand, has witnessed three times higher sales among the customers using MySizeID for size recommendation and a reduction of 50 per cent in the return rates.
The data is of March, April and May 2020. MySize ID is a smartphone-based size recommendation tool developed by My Size.
Looking at the successful results of the solution to its lingerie and swimwear, the brand has rolled out the solution to its sleepwear apparel line too.

As of May, almost 8 per cent of Penti customers were using the tool. The MySize tool helps customers in making a better decision for their purchase of garment through size recommendation.
