Rabatex Industries, an India-based innovation driven company, will be showcasing their latest and innovative weaving preparatory technologies including the battery-operated material handling equipment at the upcoming ITMA 2019. The event will held in Barcelona.
The technology provider will be displaying plethora of new technologies including an Automatic Sample Warper, Single End Sizing Machine, Advanced Sectional Warper, Battery-Operated Material handling equipment and Ultrasonic Reed Cleaning Machine.
Company’s high speed Automatic Sample Warping Machine model RI 6001 is primarily for the production of samples and short production warp at very high production rate.
The model has a robustly constructed warping drum which is suitable up to widths of 2,400 mm and for warping lengths between 21 and 450 m depending on the thread density and apt for yarn range from 5 to 500 Tex. It is equipped with a heavy duty rotational creel with a maximum creel capacity of 16 colours and attains a maximum speed of 1,200 metres per minute.
On the other hand, Rabatex Sectional Warping Machine RI 112 produces high-quality warp beams with higher productivity. It comes with user friendly advance software and data management that offers all online data of warping operations. In addition to this, the machine also offers graphical display of all events and breakages along with loss end memory control.
Another state-of-the-art technology, an ergonomically designed Single End Sizing Machine RI 8001 offers 4, 8, 12 and 16 spindle configurations and produces sized yarn of the highest quality so as to ensure trouble-free and smooth weaving operations. It is suitable for cotton yarn in the range of 10 to 1,200 Ne and polyester yarn in the range of 30 to 210 denier with an option of dry steam or electric heater drying system.
