Navis TubeTex, a forerunner in finishing machinery for the global textile industry, has announced the acquisitions of Consultex Spray Systems and Tandematic which have been setting the industry standards for unique and innovative solutions for web guiding, trimming and selvedge decurling for around 50 years now.
Markedly, Consultex Spray Systems is specialised in textile machinery and components and a successor to the manufacturing and machine parts sales operations started by Frederic Niemann in Spartanburg, USA around 40 years back; while Tandematic is a pioneer in manufacturing low-tension feeding systems and stenter auxiliaries.
With over 40 patents covering its technologically-advanced web control tools, Tandematic continues its engineering advancements today by assessing the customers’ concerns and by developing cost-effective solutions.
“The purchase of these companies has helped us to add great products to our group which complements our product line offering unique technologies and services that enhance customers’ operations,” averred Will Motchar, President and CEO of Navis TubeTex while commenting on the acquisition.
Based in Lexington, North Carolina, Navis TubeTex designs, engineers and manufactures the world’s leading machinery for the global knit, woven, nonwoven, technical and geotextile industries.
